Please be advised that prior to representing the a property for rent: (1) we do not require identification from a prospective seller (2) we do require a landlord to sign an exclusive rental agreement (3) we will require full disclosure of any liabilities or information relative to the property that may interfere with the marketing and leasing of said property (4) and we will provide real and accurate market information in order to effectively advise in the pricing, marketing and leasing strategy of a property

Please be advised that prior to showing a prospective lessee/ applicant a property: (1) we do not require identification from a prospective lessee/ applicant  (2) and we do not require a prospective lessee/ applicant to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement (3) and we do not require a prospective lessee/ applicant to provide proof of funds or sensitive documents in advance of what may be required by landlords, sponsors, building management or qualified third parties during a leasing/ application process.
